I came in for a retouch consultation with Alexia Bounkhong late 2025. Had I not been persistent and questioned everything she told me I would have walked out of there discouraged after having been told my option was to were glasses for the rest of my life. Which I have never worn since my original surgery with ICON. I at one point told her "Well, if what you are saying is true then ICON wouldn't be in business, right?" I sense have had the touch up surgery on my eye with a doctor in the office at ICON. Turns out I was an excellent candidate and the results have been very pleasing. It is unfortunate that many folks would not have pushed the issue with this discouraging attitude/ineptitude of Alexia. They have walked out of your office with a resolution that they would wear glasses for the rest of their life. I wonder how much business she has driven away?

My patient experience with Dr. Bounkhong was outstanding. She listened to and understood muy qustions and provided complete and understandable answers. Her insights were spot on and clear. This was a very positive experience.

Do not EVER see this “doctor.” I had PRK done six years ago and it went flawlessly. Not my experience today. I was scheduled for a touch up today and Dr.Alexia canceled my surgery the day off because he/she forgot to give me proper pre-op information. I rearranged a lot for this appointment and he/she was completely dismissive and refused to take any responsibility for their mistake. The surgeon even looked in my chart and there was not any notation that she gave me the proper information for my surgery. I will be filing a formal complaint and will not stop until their license is revoked. Stay clear of this place.
