My provider listened and took her time. I am very happy with the care I received.

Dr Federman was the one who called me from the waiting room, back to the office, as I entered the door she said"we were waiting on you" which made me feel awkward, I was 5 minutes late and it felt like I was being scolded.

Employees are always friendly and helpful. Dr. doesn't rush me during appt. and she is a very good listener.

*Dr. Federman is the only doctor I have had that truly cares. I have followed her to Henry Ford. She was my mother's doctor & took good care of her too.

I had never met this provider before. She spent most of the visit typing on the computer and barely looked at me. I explained to her I was feeling unwell and that j was concerned about the cause. After explaining to her how awful I had been feeling I asked for bloodwork and also shared I was worried it could be mono. She seemed confused and didn't understand that I was feeling sick despite me explaining how terrible I felt.
