Dr. Alexis Dorian Furze, MD

Dr. Furze is a miracle worker! My son had an accident and split his nose open. As a mother I was frantic and didn’t know what to do or where to go. After calling a few friends I rushed him to an Urgent Care who told me that he needed stitches but that they didn’t do stitches there. They instructed me to go to the ER, which was the last place I wanted to go giving covid. So, on a Saturday I decided to call Dr. Furze to see if he had any recommendations. Without hesitation he said that he give my son stitches in-office. Given that my son is young, there was no guarantee that giving him stitches in-offoce would work, however Dr. Furze was willing to give it a try and if it didn’t work he even offered to take him over to the hospital to do it. The fact that Dr. Furze, left his family on a Saturday to take care of my son was beyond kind and generous of him. He is not only an incredible surgeon and doctor but he is an incredible person. I am/was humbled by Dr. Furze’s willingness to help… us. It makes me emotional knowing that there are good doctors out there like Dr. Furze that really care. I love everyone in Dr. Furze’s office! Everyone is genuinely happy to see you, greet you when coming into the office with a smile, and follow up promptly whether it be voicemail or email. Dr. Furze is so down to earth, communicates to you in a way you understand and loves what he does! His PA Eugene is very nice , knowledgeable, and patient. Christina is outstanding and can answer all your questions and hesitations before undergoing any surgery or procedure- and Lorena is just as effient and friendly with any questions you might have. The whole team is wonderful and I’m so happy with every visit and most importantly my surgery results!! I was so fortunate to find Dr. Furze to perform surgery for sinuses and deviated septum. He is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and serves our community by giving back at the VA Hospital. Both he and his staff are friendly, responsive and make you feel like you are the most important patient of the day. Thank you to his entire office for all that they do.

I absolutely love and trust Dr Furze He is very detailed and knowledgeable My surgery went very well and he did a fantastic job explaining everything.
