My family has went to Rogersville Family Clinic for almost 25 years. Dr. Mason took Dr. Gapitus's place a few years ago and this clinic fell totally apart. They don't answer the phones regularly. If you leave a message it is weeks before you get a call back. Dr. Mason does not care about her patients at all. It is awful trying to get refills. We go without meds because of her being incompetent. She is to scared to help you afraid she will be held responsible. So she pushes you off on other doctors. I sent in a review that the hospital emailed to me and she sent me a letter saying I could no longer go there. Left me without medication and a cardiologist referral that she was suppose to request three months ago. I finally told them that they let things fall in the crack and three months waiting for a referral is unacceptable. So she got angry and sent a letter to not come back. Please don't waste your time going to her.

First time I met a doctor with ZERO empathy. Early in your appointment, you will be asked to "rank your pain on a scale of 1-10". You should answer "26", or "-4"....it really doesn't matter how you respond because SHE DOESN'T CARE. It took a trip to the emergency room and a new doctor to set make things right. A doctor's failure to address pain management of their patient, if it doesn't rise to the level of medical malpractice, certainly qualifies as GROSS NEGLIGENCE. Unbelievable. LISTEN: I suffered under her (non)care so YOU don't have to. SHE DOESN'T CARE.

Doctor is angry and down right does NOT DESERVE to OWN a doctor degree to help people. She is very sorry in terms she HATES PEOPLE but wants your money she wants to tell you HOW ugly you are and how fat and stupid you are. SOMEONE PLEASE FIRE THIS DOCTOR AND PUT HER IN JAIL FOR CAUSING HARM TO PATIENT CARE
