Alexis Moe, APRN, CNP

Alexis Moe, APRN, CNP, is a certified nurse practitioner who provides compassionate, patient centered care. She earned her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of Mary. Alexis believes strongly in life long learning so she can offer the most up to date and high quality care to her patients. Alexis has a special interest in helping people manage chronic conditions, such as high blood pressure and chronic kidney disease. She is also passionate about supporting patients' mental health. She values getting to know her patients and building trusting relationships. Her care approach looks at the whole person, including physical, emotional, and social needs, to help patients improve their overall well being. Outside of work, Alexis enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and pets. She loves reading, baking, and exploring the outdoors. She feels that these activities help her stay grounded and bring balance to her life, which supports the care she provides to others.
