FRONT OFFICE STAFF MOST INCOMPETENT STAFF AND VERY FRUSTRATING TO HAVE TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM AND DO NOT TRUST THEM TO FOLLOW THROUGH ON ANYTHING!

This office has no concern for patient care. It has been over a month for the front desk person to obtain a pre-authorization for a necessary medical procedure I require. She has been given the impossible task of answering the phones and obtaining pre-authorizations from insurance companies. She like she is doing you a favor. I have now waited over a month for a pre/authorization for a routine medical procedure. My health continues to deteriorate as the front desk person will likely never have the time to do the job of two people. It is ridiculous to think she can do both. I had to file a formal complaint with my insurance company as I am ill and cannot even schedule the procedure without the pre-authorization. Hopefully Steward will stop buying yachts and start offering basic patient care. Nothing I am requesting is out of the realm of ordinary practice for an outpatient office. Sad state of affairs for this poorly run office!

I had to do a Colonoscopy before the age of 50. Was worried a lot about the whole thing. I met Dr.Pappas prior to the procedure and she answered all my questions. The procedure went very smooth, quick and as told. After the procedure Dr. Pappas came out to see me and tell me the results in person. Excellent medical skills. Don't doubt the care. They will take care of you.
