I saw Dr. Plasencia about my chronic anal fissure. If you’ve ever had to struggle with this condition you know how painful and uncomfortable it is. Dr. Plasencia was very compassionate and caring. He was very gentle during his exam and made me feel very comfortable. He patiently explained my treatment options and likelihood of healing. I decided to go ahead with the surgery. Dr. Plasencia was very attentive post-op and even responded to my evening calls during his personal off work hours. His bedside manner and level of care was beyond excellent and I feel so lucky to have had him as my surgeon. Today I am fully healed and pain free thanks to this skillful and kind surgeon.

Not sure he has an ounce of empathy or caring in his entire body. Blase attitude = poor patient relationships
