Dr. Alexis M Waguespack, MD

She was recommended by my Internist four or five years ago. I went to see her after being told by a neurosurgeon that I needed four lamina removed. There was an elderly man who came into the waiting area who was in horrific pain and was moaning at every move. I was quite concerned about him. I assumed for some reason that he had already had surgery but it was pitiful to watch him as he tried to sit and couldn't not be still due to his pain. Had at least a 45 minute wait to get put into a back room. When she waltzed in looking like a fashion model dressed to the max with black knee high heeled boots on with her "boy toy" well muscled body building type male assistant, I was shocked. She didn't act like any doctor I had ever seen before. Well she reviewed my MRI and told me that I would need my spine straightened and named several procedures I required. It became a blur because there was no way I was going to have all of that done. I never returned. I can understand the man… on here who commented on how she showed up for surgery dressed to the max. I can only say she definitely flaunts her money pretty well as indicative of her Porsche that was sitting right outside her office at the time.

I had to wait an hour and 45 minutes and walked out.

I have waited for 4 hours to see Dr. Waguespack at her borrowed uptown office and waited over 4 hours before my lumbar fusion surgery.

Dr. Waguespack is the best, she made me a NEW man....Thank You. Daniel as well, excellent...the entire crew is love and sweet. always very helpful.

Great doctor and staff. Had back pain for years amd after a complex spine surgery I am pain free!!

So,far she seems very helpful . I have a large cysit on my ankle in addition to my herniated discs in my spine .She is even helping me with. She really made me feel like her only concern. A Dr. That looks you in the eye when they tell you they want to help goes a long way with me.

Excellent doctor and her Asst. Mr Daniel was great. They took time with me and helped take care of back pain I have had for years, I was given my life back. I went to Dr Waguespacks Marreo office and was a pleasant experience. I would recommend her to everyone.

dr. alexis was very thorough on my tri-level acf surgery. when she analyzed my condition, she made me feel like i was the only patient she had spoken to all day. she made me feel cared for. she is a professional and i am thankful for her knowledge and committment to excellence in her field of work.

marrero office staff terrible,no compassion,act like they. man the front desk of god!!!!!!

Unfriendly and inattentive staff at the Marrero office. They will move your appointment without notifying you. Do not go here unless you want to wait for 2 to 3 hours to see someone.
