Aleyda Elliott, MSN, APRN-CNP, CNM

Taking care of others has always been something Aleyda took pride in. During her first pregnancy, she realized how amazing the human body was and knew that she wanted to care for pregnant people and help them through their own labor and birthing experiences.  Aleyda loves providing care for people she’s gotten to know over the years while also still meeting new people all the time. What she enjoys most about being a midwife is being a part of the labor and delivery of a baby. She also has a passion for helping people who are struggling with depression and anxiety.  Aleyda credits watching her parents go through life raising a family while becoming successful business owners as a huge influence on her to also go after what she wanted. Outside of work Aleyda spends most of her time with her husband and three boys on their small farm with chickens, bees and fruit trees. She also loves to read and fosters cats and kittens for Companion Cats and Kitten …Konnection.  My approach to caring for patients is to provide a calm and comforting experience. I want them and their family to know I am grateful to be included in their care and that we are a team working towards the same goals for their healthcare.
