Dr. Alfonso Martin Baez, MD

ZERO STARS. NEGATIVE STARS. Worst place ever. DO NOT step inside this medical place. GO ELSEWHERE...unless they restructure their office staff. The docs are down to earth and professional BUT their front office staff needs to get fired ASAP. They are useless humans who do not deserve a job in healthcare (if at all). They are extremely lazy, will send you to doctors who are not within your network (multiple times), will provide you expired authorization forms (multiple times), will not do anything to correct their 'mistakes'. I am writing this review on behalf of 3 patients, one who is no longer a patient due to the tremendous troublesome the front desk ladies caused. When it comes to healthcare, and seeing the correct referred doctor in a timely manner, it can make a tremendous difference in your healing. You can NOT take exceptions when it comes to healthcare. Do not take your chances here.

The doctors thire and nurse's are "the"!. Best.

I have been going to Dr Baez for 4 years,and he is always so positive,he has been treating me for severe depressionand severe fibromyalgiaand most recently,he made sure i had a bunch of test done to find out if i had breast cancer,am so thankfull that he really care for his pts. Even if they are busy he has always take the time to explain things i ask related to my health.and the nurses are always so helpful and very knowledgeable they always have a great attitude ,am glad that they are compationate cuz when people is in pain there is nothing worse than getting attitude from your drs office.so thank you for all you guys do for me to stay healthy.

Dr. Baez is the best Dr in the world . He really cares about his patients. I rather wait 3 hrs to see him then to go to a Dr that see you n says ur okay when in reality they don't know anything about u . No matter how tired Dr. Baez is he always greets you with a smile n a joke :) well what could I say , he's one of the kind . I been taking my family there for 15 yrs.

He is a great doctor and actually cares about his patients.

Dr. Baez is a caring Doctor who listen to to patient. I find his staff to be professional and courteous and very easy to get along. Once you become familiar with how the office works regarding appointments you should have no problems.

Well there's this lady working in the counter with short red hair she's rude. You go in with an appointment and it's takes an hour for the doctor to see you. I took my baby for his shots and the girl I don't know her name but she's short and fat with black hair and a black birthmark on her face she put alcohol on mi kid wiped it with a cotton ball And then injected my baby. which is a no that's what my teacher tells me.I just started medical assisting school. TheY also weighted my baby on an adult scale and he's a year old.they're suppose to to meassure a baby up to the age of 3 years old in a baby scale. I think the doctor should pay more attention to the people he hires because they're bad especially the new one. One of the new ones skinny with blond hair was the one that weighted my baby. And the one that injected my son has been there. For a long time.
