CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE... VERY RUDE... NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL

My office visit was rescheduled because the doctor was going on vacation, The appt. was delayed for a month. At that follow up visit, it was determined that my heart had gone back into an irregular rhythm, and I was experiencing side effects to a medication. A new medication was prescribed. I was told that the Rx would be sent directly to the pharmacy. It never was. I called the office several times, no one responded to my calls. Three days later the pharmacy received the Rx. Furthermore, the office personel were supposed to call me the day after my appt. to schedule another f/u appt.. Here it is just over 2 wks later, they still have not called, nor have I been able to reach anyone. Although Dr. Prieto is a nice man his practice leaves much to be desired. I have recently changed cardiologists.
