I don't mind the doctors is the office manager the weird one, If you say something about their poor service skills they make sure you get the appointments way too far into the future to get you frustrated, and the manager knows that doctors won't even get to know how she or he deals with patients, or do they?

Dr De La Torre is a considerate physician. Had to wait weeks to get an appointment. Office staff is horrible. Took them four tries to generate a referral. Took them six tries to get prescriptions correct. This is scary!!! How many patients have been harmed by the staff not doing their job right?

I love this office. Getting appointments is easy, the staff is so incredibly helpful, and the wait time is fairly quick. My kids and I see Dr. Simons and she is amazing. Very informative and takes the time to communicate with you so that you understand whats happening. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

This Physician absolutely sucks as a diagnostician, He lacks confidence in himself and his office staff is totally incompetent!!! They will tell you they have submitted paperwork when they have lost it. They do not make copies of the paperwork they do say they have submitted and additionally are extremely rude and uncooperative. They are an absolute reflection of the quality of medical care you will receive by their entire staff.
