Dr. Alfred Dean Kulik, MD

He is great. Spent a majority of my life going to different Doctors for different health reasons and I really enjoy Doctor Kulik. He is really great. Always there, very knowledgeable and always kind. I can’t express enough how he has helped me with health . Thank you Dr K.!!!

I went to see Dr. Kulick in Novemeber of 2012 for persistent twitching in my eyelids. I was at my wits end and didn't know what to do as they were causing me so much interruption in my daily life. I initially found Dr. Kulik online during my search for an Ophthalmologist who had experience treating my condition. I sent him an email with the thought that I would not receive an answer in return. I was wrong. John, the office manager contacted me and answered most of my questions. I felt a sense of relief that I finally had found a doctor who had given relief to so many. I scheduled my appointment for the following week. The reservations and fear I felt prior to my procedure were laid to rest upon meeting Dr. Kulik. He is the nicest, warmest doctor. He made me feel at ease and has a gift for making patients comfortable. He took the time with me to explain the procedure in detail so I understood what was going on and why he had to treat certain areas for the best results. From the… initial meeting right up to the beginning of the procedure I knew he was a competent, capable physician and that I had nothing to fear. Recently I moved to SW Florida and saw another Doc for the treatment of my problem. This new doctor was NOT Dr. Kulik. And, he did not administer enough medication, so my problem has returned much quicker than it did when I was treated by doctor Kulik. I am even considering the possibility of scheduling my treatments when I come to visit family in NJ. So, if you are seeking a great opthamologist who will be able to address your medical needs with compassion, expert knowledge, and confidence, do yourselves a favor and use this man. He is the BEST! I
