Dr. Alfred M Land, DDS

Dr. Alfred M. Land III, a general dentist with twenty five years experience, completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Oregon, in Eugene, in 1980. He graduated from the Oregon Health Sciences University School of Dentistry in Portland, Oregon in 1984.
Dr. Land served six years in the United States Navy as a Naval Dental Officer. He was stationed in Lemoore, California; Adak, Alaska; Bremerton, Washington; and Guam, M.I. Dr. Land returned to Alaska in 1990 and began private practice in Wasilla. He opened his Eagle River office in 1997.
Dr. Land grew up in Central Oregon and attended both Junior and Senior high school in Bend, Oregon.
Dr. Land maintains memberships in many professional organizations including the Academy of General Dentistry. His interests include photography, fishing, shooting sports, touring motorcycles as well as classic and performance cars.
Dr. Land is extensively involved in continuing education, with over 500 hours completed since 1990. Dr. Land is …currently studying at the Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education in Key Biscayne, Florida.
