Dr. Alfred Leong, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Leong for over 10 years and I am very satisfied with him as my primary doctor

This is hands down the worst doctors experience I have ever had. Dr. Leong was not personable at all, I sat in the room with him for half an hour and only one question was actually asked about why I came in that day. Then I was sent downstairs to have bloodwork done and that was the last time I ever heard or saw him. No one explained to me that the doctors office would charge me a huge bill and so would the hospital because the bloodwork, even though done in the same building, is charged as outside labwork. No one called to let me know that the results of the bloodwork came in. I had to call the doctors office over and over again and left message after message with Dr. Leong and never heard back. It wasn't until I started calling twice a week that a receptionist finally read me the results. To this day I have yet to receive my follow up phone call. At the end of the day I don't feel like a patient, I feel like a paycheck. I would NEVER recommend anyone to this doctor.
