Dr. Alfred Randall Moss, MD

From the second you walk in the front door you can tell this practice is sketchy. I over heard his wife Ana screaming at one of her female employees in front of patients. Being a woman myself, I cant believe someone would speak to another female that way. I genuinely felt bad for that employee. On top of the hostile work environment, Dr. Moss is a pill pusher. He offered me 90mg's a day of oxy when I was only asking for my currently daily dosage. Stay away from this office. Only a matter of time before they get busted.

I wrote this in 2012 5 star rating in 2012. I am reducing it to a 2 star rating on the whole experience at this clinic in the last year. I do not understand everything that is occurring at this office, however, I feel that I have no other way of making my observations known because I have made them known to the staff and to Dr. Moss in person. It is sad that one has to retract what one has said and done in the past because of recent experiences. It is very possible that being so stretched with three offices that Dr. Moss could not anticipate what was going to occur without his being there all the time and observing the day to day breakdown of service and care. I still respect him as a physician and I totally disagree with a couple of the responses that label him as a free-wheeling opioid writing physician which he is not and has never been. Dr. Moss and his staff, in my own experience, have been the greatest in professional health care, respect, courtesy and follow up. My own… family physician of 35 years had retired and I was referred to Dr. Moss by someone who knew him personally and professionally. I have several chronic problems, diabetes, etc and visit more than average, but their care has saved my life at least a couple times and made my being able to continue working and my good quality of life possible. I feel as though I found a jewel there in Gaffney in finding that practice and Dr. Moss.

Dr. Moss gives his patients what ever medicine they request. Even after getting an email from another physician requesting not to continue to prescribe a med because of addiction he continues to prescribe. He should be held accountable for the lives he has destroyed from his careless prescribing practices. Medical board should revolt his license. In my opinion he is a legal drug dealer destroying lives and families.

Staff very hatefully and talk down to you...not helpful to needs of patients...Dr. Moss only wants to sign narcotic prescription and move on to the next one....getting a referral to another Dr. Is practically non-existence. ..too much trouble for staff...do not keep bills up to date and then demand payment

Staff very unprofessional,,,talk (gossip) about patients especially in hearing distance...disregard HIPPA laws....and Dr. MOSS CONDONES such blatant behavior.....refuses to talk or let patients explain their concern...never does staff correctly bill patient and becomes very aggressive when approach about billover

Dr. Moss is very nice. He listens to your issues and responds to them fast. He checks you out thoroughly.

Dr Moss is very smart and the best doctor in cherockee county , i dont mind waiting for him to see me , but when he does , he takes all the time to answer all my questions and help me. there are no doctors like him that take all the time needed to help . Thank you Dr Moss.

Great doc for weight loss! I went from 175 lbs to 142 lbs! Highly recommend him!
