One of the best Doctors ever! Kind, considerate, thorough and understanding!

Al was my Dr.in the early 90's before he moved to Stevens Point. I had several difficult to diagnose issues at that time. He solved mysterious ailments even the specialists couldn't figure out. Wish he was closer because I haven't been able to find any family Dr. as good as he was.

He got back to me the same day about my lab results. very caring. Very laid back and easy to talk to

My daughter saw Dr. Neuhoff for her 6 month check up and vaccinations. I thought he was great. He had a very no nonsense and practical way of answering my questions and, more importantly, he seemed to genuinely enjoy interacting with my daughter. My first impression of him extremely positive. He really seems to be in the right profession. I will certainly be taking the baby back to see him again.

He's not a pill pusher. He does drug screens, pill counts and is very careful what he prescribes. I know several people that he cut off from their meds. He's one of the best physicians I've seen

I had only been with Dr. Neuhoff for a short period of time. I was doing a suboxone treatment with him until he had resined. I was doing very well with him, and it would be nice if I could some how continue doing treatment with this doctor elsewhere if he ever starts another suboxone program. Right now I have to drive over an hour to get to my new doctor. He also has me go to group meetings in order to get my perscription, even though my U/A's have all been clean. Dr. Nuehoff didn't have me go to any group meetings, but he still had me do a U/A for him every time I came and seen him. Eventually I only had to see him once a month because I was doing so well. Now I have to go to the clinic at least three times a month. I think the group meetings should only be for the people that are not succeeding in the treatment program. I also think there should be alot more doctors that should perscribe suboxone because each doctor can only have 100 suboxone pacients at a time. And I know… alot more people that need treatment and would like to get in with these doctors but all the doctor are already at their limit. Please take this into consideration because there are alot more then a couple hundred people out there that need this kind of help.
