"Zero stars! This monster killed my husband a recent Ret US Marine 21 years. You are going to answer for what you’ve done. You intentionally overdosed my husband and put him on a ventilator without my permission and kept me from seeing my husband and when I was called to come to the hospital I walked into the ICU and saw my husband lying awake and you turned off his life support system without my permission and told me that the sheriffs department and my husband’s mother told you to do it without my permission. I was the POA, and his wife! I showed you the paperwork, you threw it in my face! I was his wife and now widow because of you. I have witnesses to prove what you did. You fought me to keep me from keeping my husband alive. You unplugged the ventilator from the wall, I plugged it back in. An ICU nurse helped me and told me that my husband’s death was unnecessary and could’ve been prevented. She said you let him die to try and cover up the overdose from you and your nurse Crystal… Bryant, Nurse Practitioner Robin, RN Emily and more. My husband was holding my hand and his eyes were open when you came back with security to kick me out so you could end my husband’s life. They didn’t help you, they told you no! But you found a ruthless Male RN who threatened me and you asked me did I want to watch or turn my head. I was given no choice by you and your worthless nurses with the exception of one RN who wrote a witness statement. I wasn’t going to let my husband die in vain because of you; but he did and he was alive when you unmercifully told me to watch as you shut off his life support, then swiped your hands in front of my face as you said to me, “ See there you’re no longer the POA anymore as you pushed me to the floor. You dirty little man you’re a fool to think that you are getting away with this. You told me no autopsy, and blocked me from obtaining one through surrounding counties. I had an autopsy done and the toxicology report shows your crimes committed by overdosing my husband. You filthy disgusting worthless little man! Onslow Co is protecting you but not everyone will protect you. I hope you lose sleep for every single night of your life. You deserve life in prison for what you’ve done to my husband, myself and others who loved and cared about my husband. You only thought you were going to get away with this. Let’s not forget to mention that you threatened me! I know that you are the doctor that sent thugs to my home to threaten me against suing you , Onslow County, and Onslow County Memorial Hospital. You told me I would be so busy scrapping up money for a funeral that I couldn’t afford an autopsy. You don’t know anything about me or anything about my family. My family is well aware of you, your actions and what you did to my husband! How many other innocent lives have you taken? How dare you threaten me you murdering bully! There is a toxicology report. You killed my husband you criminal! I hope the devil gives you infinite hell and sleepless nights for all of eternity, no rest for the wicked Alfred. You are a murderer!

I would go see another doctor if at all possible.

Our experience with Dr. Pirro has been outstanding. While we had a slow start we found him to be thorough and understanding. But most importantly, when he had to get answers and consults with other doctors he was persistent. Egos be dashed! He never took half or questionable answers and it was this persistence combined with deep medical knowledge that saved our son. And he can communicate this knowledge. He's great!
