This has to be the worst Doctor's Office in the entire trip-state area. I honestly don't know how other doctors recommend this office. I never told any of the staff I work in a hospital as a secret shopper for major corporations and this will not be a good review.

My experience with Dr. Rodriguez and his staff was fantastic. They the time to serve you well and answer all your questions are taken. Dr. Rodriguez is a special Doctor, dedicated and excellent in all aspects. I visited the center three times to only a few specific tests, but knowing the Doctor and his working group was a very good experience on my pregnancy. I want that many doctors including Dr. following my pregnancy was so dedicated to his patients as Dr. Rodriguez is.

I sat in there office on suite 312 for over 2 hours before going in for an Ultra Sound. The staff especially Oni are rude, lazy and not polite. Then the doctor is extreamly unprofessional and has horrible bedside manners! I think they are all about collecting as much money as possible from you or your insurance. I will not return to there office again.

Every time i have gone to this office it becomes a nightmare. the staff never kows where anything is, how to do things properly or how to solve a patinets problem. They have an office manager who is just as lost. The dr hs personally taken care of all my issues. hisstaff is just rude, frustrated and incompetent. the wait time is always 2-4 hours. I dont understadn why then even bother for an appointment.

This office is a JOkE! They are so unorganized it's unreal. At 6 months pregnant I sat in horrible pain for over an hour, for a ultrasound, that takes 5 min, the staff is rude, I eventually demanded the doctor, as you rarely see him, and he's great. Unfourtantly the office ruins the whole visit and I won't be coming back!!
