Dr. Ali Onur Artar, MD

The office staff is atrocious! The phone is not answered by any of the listed prompts but only if you know their specific extension number (and even then it is iffy). They don’t even know the gender preferences of their doctors because so many are outsourced. They try to bill for appointments that didn’t occur. They try to force you to use their text application that usually results in leaving a message that will be returned by the wrong staff member. However, Dr. Artar is a great doctor who listens carefully and makes helpful changes cautiously so there is room to make more changes. He is the only reason for the second star. I wish he would leave the practice and move to one with better office staff.

I know a lot of people in the medical profession and Dr Artar is by far and away one of the top 1 or 2 docs I have met with. Caring, compassionate & willing to spend time with you — he really is there to help get you where you need...not a typical sleep doc / psychiatrist who sits back and after 5-10 min writes a script.
