I had my lower facelift, mid facelift, and fat transfer done three weeks ago. I couldn’t be more thrilled about the results. I’m in my 50s and I am from Houston Texas. I am a Makeup Artist in TX, so finding somebody who was Proficient in facial balancing and symmetry was important to me. Let’s talk about the staff.. staff is 5 star, they have a 24 Hour concierge service if you are there client. The nursing staff, the anesthesiologist, and the front desk personnel are professional and efficient and answering any of your questions. I stayed in the recovery suite immediately after my surgery and they had an on staff nurse named Mimi who was absolutely fantastic! She felt like family when I had left… I really wish I could’ve put her in my pocket and brought her home with me. She was a great caregiver. By the way, the recovery suite looks like an architectural design feature … Whoever decorated it did a fantastic job I felt so cozy there. Now let’s talk about Dr Charafeddine. I came… to Miami from Houston Texas, and had an in person consultation. Upon meeting Dr. C. He introduced me to the anesthesiologist and all the staff , the operating room and we went over procedures that I wanted to have done/considering. Dr. Charafeddine was completely honest and straight to the point. He told me to leave certain areas alone, He told me what he would suggest that I have done. I am very thankful for this professional and his honest opinion. I had already interviewed six other surgeons. I felt completely comfortable with him, I love that he is conservative in the surgery room. I asked to look refreshed and rejuvenated. I did not want to look any different or change my features. He did exactly that! I am in my 50s and I wanted maintenance and something that would give me a non-facelift look but looking Rejuvenated. After I left that surgery room, I felt wonderful! I was completely alert, I even did an interview two hours after my surgery. I loved that I did not have any bruises, I definitely was sore because this is a major surgery. However I could walk around my hotel, and nobody noticed that I had a facelift. I was not over pulled or windswept. My loose skin underneath my neck was tight like when I was in my 20s! This man is an artist… I think there were many plastic surgeons out there and some or paint by number but this man he is a Picasso! You cannot go wrong with choosing Doctor Charafeddine and his skilled staff. I made the right decision and I will only trust him with my face! On a sidenote, I want to say that I saw many women coming in and out of there after surgery, and in the waiting room, and they all looked amazing! I even met one of his patients that was four months out and she looked spectacular as well. If you notice, he post one of his clients if they allow them to show their images. He doesn’t post just his best work. He post everything. And there are a lot of surgeons out there that only post their best work. But they don’t post every single client that they have. This says a lot about his Consistency in the surgery room. I hope this helps you make your decision when you decide when you’re ready to get your facelift.-sheila ybarra

Mimi was fantastic from the moment I sent in my photos. She bumped up my consult appointment two times when people canceled and I really appreciate it out. Also was right on top of calling in a prescription to my pharmacy and has been in touch with me throughout that process. Dr. Charafeddine was amazing he has a great personality and makes you feel at ease with his procedure and I cannot wait to meet everyone in person when I come to Miami next year!

Dr. Charafeddine and his staff were amazing. My results were very natural and everyone around me was complimenting on my looks. I will definitely come back again when I need more work done.
