Excellent doctor but does not call back after test results & this is dangerous. The girls at the front desk are also snotty & could care less about your repeated calls to find out results.

Firstly, the staff was super nice and welcoming, then it went downhill. I went in for a first time visit for my annual, chose Dr. Atat because he had a low wait time and high reviews on Zocdoc. They're obviously untrue. Got there 7 minutes early in case I had to fill out forms. First impression, packed waiting room and not a good sign. I saw something called PFT (pulmonary function testing) in the sign in sheet, asked what it was and did I have to check the box, she said it's a breath/lung test and I'd be getting it. Why? I don't know. After waiting 30 minutes with two people still ahead of (and the waiting area still packed to standing room only), I left. Yet another doctor that does not respect our time. After reading the real and consistent in content reviews on Google, I'll never go back. Total disrespect of what being a caregiver actually means.

His staff needs help, they are remiss and full of excuses.

I first saw Dr. El Atat at Luthern Medical Center. That is when he saved my life. I have 4 children and without dr alis help i would have never been able to live and see them grow. He referred me to see him in his private office on 9001 fort ham prkwy. The unfortunate part is he is only there a few days out of the whole week. His receptionist is really nice and got me a cup of water when she saw i was out of breath. He takes great care of all his patients. Thank you Dr El Atat

I have been searching for a regular good Dr. over 10 years and finally my search is over. He helped me with issues I have had for hears which no other Dr's or hospitals were able to help me with. I completely trust him with any of my medical issues over all and am able to get in touch with him anytime. Trust me he knows his stuff and I have tried over 20 MD's before him.

Dr Ali El Atat is an excellent doctor who saved the live of my wife when she was in lutheran hospital with a bad pneumonia and she almost died ,now she is walking and we visited him last week in his office , he is a great person he gave me hope and stood by me in those bad moments . he is an extraordinary physician he is the only one who helped my wife.

Dr elatat is not just an excellent physician but also a very nice person.when I visited him he gave enough time to go through all the details.He was the only doctor who was able to really treat my bad allergy and asthma
