Dr. Ali Hasan Mahmood, MD

Started with the physician over 30 years ago. Followed him from one clinic to another in the area. A few years ago I had to retire from my job. Unfortunately this physician was so overwhelmed he did not have time to complete and submit my documents as needed. Now I second guess all the procedures I had done trusting his knowledge. You lost a loyal patient.

use to be a ok doctor until he started changing medicine every visit. Using us as gennie pigs. Until I got really really sick and he didnt know what was wrong. Until I went to the hospital and came back and told him what they said and still he didnt believe me. And had his staff to google what i had. Wow. Yes I left. Thank god because I fell he really doesnt care.

First walking in to the clinic I was very disgusted. It was my first time at his clinic, I came with my grandfather who has dementia and cannot remember anything the doctor says after his appointments. The lobby was not welcoming. Despite having an appointment, we waited for almost 2hours. Once walking into the patient room, I was afraid to sit anywhere because the building was very disgusting. Then Dr.Mahmood came in and he made no eye contact, did not explain anything to me. My grandfather does not ask questions, and when I was there asking the Doctor questions he seemed to be annoyed by the fact that I had questions. He is very unprofessional, forgetful, and overall rude. I would not even recommend him to my worst enemy!!!

long wait to see the doctor approx 1.5 hrs despite having an appointment, clinic had maybe only 3 parties ahead of me. Spent very little time, hard to talk to, difficult to understand. Staff very unhelpful and unprofessional. Cleanliness of the facility is questionable
