Excellent doctor, understands "hard cases" due to anesthesiology background. Spends ample time learning about your issues. I wish I had found him years ago. He recently moved his office to Vienna. Staff is very nice. A+++

It is a pleasure to see Dr. Nagia as he is a breath of fresh air in the medical community when it comes to Pain Management. He has allowed me to live a somewhat normal life despite chronic pain.

I have been going to Dr. Nagia for over 5 years for chronic lower back pain. I've seen other doctors, but none that took the time to figure out that not only did I have disc problems, but I also had problems with my facette joints. I have had him inject them a few times with great success. He listens to what I tell him and he takes the time to explain what his plan is.
