Dr.Ali ..simply messed up my face. due to his negligence my nose is now crooked and i have this extra skin hanging from the center of my nose and i can not breath correctly. He does not know what he is doing!! DO NOT GO TO Dr.ALI or DR.Song.

I had suffered from a deviated nasal septum for approximately 15 years, which progressively got worse as I aged. I am an active person and have partook in sports and exercise my entire life. I really started noticing the lack of oxygen I was getting during everyday activities. I would also often wake up extremely exhausted after getting a full nights rest. I reached my breaking point and decided to search for surgeons in the Orange County area that specialized in septoplasty/rhinoplasty. I did a lot of shopping around and eventually discovered Dr. Ali at South Coast Plastic Surgery. I came in for a consultation and was greeted by their awesome staff there. Dr. Ali checked out my nose and confidently diagnosed the issues I was experiencing were due to my deviated septum. He thoroughly explained the physiological and esthetic improvements a septoplasty/rhinoplasty could accomplish. I decided to pull the trigger because of the professionalism and comfort Dr. Ali and his staff provided to… me while I was there. I primarily dealt with Cierra for all of the payment and pre-surgery details. Cierra was awesome and always responsive. Even if she was out of the office that day, she would make sure my concerns/questions were addressed promptly by other staff. On the day of surgery, the prep staff and anesthesiologist treated me kindly and eased any nerves that I had before going under for the surgery. Dr. Ali came in right before surgery and reassured me that this surgery was going to change my life in so many positive ways. He addressed any last minute questions I had before the surgery and really wanted to make sure I was in the most comfortable state I could be in prior to surgery. The surgery went awesome, and a week later when the internal splints and stitches were removed, I took the deepest most satisfying breath through my nose that I maybe ever had. Ill never forget that fist day where I felt like I was smelling the world and tasting everything for the first time. Everything in my life improved, breathing, smelling, tasting, athletic performance, sleep, energy levels, etc. Not to mention, my nose looked great. It was esthetically way straighter, thinner, symmetric, and my nostrils were less flared. I have received many compliments on how my nose turned out and have referred several people with similar issues to go see Dr. Ali. I have had multiple follow up appointments with Dr. Ali and Amanda since my surgery. They were both very attentive and wanted to make sure I was healing properly. They are always so pleasant to see, and they are very knowledgeable on things I might experience as I heal the first year after surgery.Again, the whole staff there is awesome, and I guarantee anyone who comes to South Coast for any procedure would have a stellar experience. I cannot recommend this place enough. Please do yourself a favor if you are looking to get a septoplasy/rhinoplasty, come to Sotuh Coast Plastic Surgery. I promise they will exceed your expectations.

If you considering having plastic surgery of any sort, Dr. Ali is truly the best. He is excellent at his skills and one of the most pleasant people you will ever meet. he truly cares about his patients. So thankful for him. My experience with him and his entire staff was absolutely as good as it gets.
