I made an appointment to see this dentist just for a check up, cleaning. I also asked about options for veneers for my front teeth. I didn't have broken, decayed, diseased teeth just yellowish discoloration. I was looking at the two front teeth and he convinced me to do the six from teeth. I agreed to the veneers. On the day he prepared my teeth for "veneers" I kind of felt that he was taking too much of my teeth but he said everything was ok, the way it should be. It wasn't. He put some crappy plastic as temporary cover for two weeks. The day I went for the "veneers" to be placed I asked to see them and he showed me a little box where I could see the front , he asked me not to open it. Then he put the so called veneers and he never mentioned anything about crowns or anything that would indicate that veneers would not work and he got crowns from the lab. To make it worse I went home thinking those were veneers but then I could feel some raised, bumpy, uneven edges in the back. It is… such a bad experience, I didn't get veneers or crowns. He has no idea what veneers are or he used me to teach himself how to do veneers. At this time I am in pain, uncomfortable, wrong bite....He lied to me all these time. I could understand if he made a mistake, took too much of my teeth and veneers were not an option but why lie to your patient. He charges before any procedures. I was suppose to have a wisdom tooth extracted, I paid for a home kit whitening and I paid $10,503 and that's it not reply to my requests. I asked for my dental records and nothing, they don't reply. I got an attorney involved. Went to another dentist and these crowns are so badly done that he has to remove them and place new crowns because my teeth were damaged and veneers are not an option. Why lie to your patient? What a horrible experience, a procedure done that is irreversible. If for some reasons I didn't qualify for veneers I would have never agreed to crowns. Even the crowns were badly done. Holding my dental records is against the law. I believe in karma.

The best dentist visit I have ever had. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I will and have recommended this office to friends and family.
