Dr. Ali Maziar Soltani, MD

ER Veterinary Doctor here- I visited Kaiser ER Irvine after a dog bite to my face, specifically requesting Dr. Ali Soltani, the on-call plastic surgeon, due to long-term cosmetic concerns. Despite multiple requests, he refused to come in, stating any ER doctor could suture me. His lack of professionalism and refusal to provide specialized care could result in lifelong scarring of my face. As a physician myself, I know specifically the differences in any ER Doctor (such as myself) closing a wound vs. the specific skills set, equipment, suture patters, etc available and utilized by boarded plastic surgeons. His lack of regard for my long term FACIAL scars b/c I was "just a Kaiser patient" were absolutely inexcusable. I ONLY came to the ER for a plastic surgeon to repair my face, NOT anyone with suture. I do not recommend Dr. Soltani!

I did both left breast reduction and right breast reconstruction with Dr Soltani. He did an excellent job on both sides. He knows what he is doing and he is an honest straightforward right to the point kind of doctor. He is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

I was little nervous at the start, but the Doctor was very calm. He gave good advised on surgery. I got my breast reduction done and he did an excellent job, with an extra large saggy breast, getting a lift at the age of 40 i could not be more happier. I am smaller now and i love it.
