I paid $300 instead of my $20 copay because Dr. Zaza cannot file insurance. Both times he did not the insurance correctly and sent me to collections because he would not refile on time. Better off going to someone else.

He saved my life and I’ll forever be grateful to him! He was willing to take me to another hospital and perform the surgery himself, because it was a holiday when I needed a life saving surgery.

Dr Zaza has been one of the best physicians/surgeons I have ever met. He treated me with kindness and understanding. Thanks to him I was able to not have a colostomy bag at 49. He met with me at 7 p.m. on a Friday night at his office, and then came to the hospital the same night to check on me.

Dr. Zaza might be a great Dr., but get a credit card machine not many people can afford to pay cash for their surgery. Needs to improve bedside manners
