Dr. Alica Rucekova, MD

Dr. does not care or listen to you. She provides the bare minimum care for your health. This dr. will treat you like a one size fits all approach and just like another case. She is always in a hurry and I end up leaving the office feeling worse.

Doctor is indifferent to minorities and people of color. She minimizes your pain or your symptoms. She treats you like a criminal. Rude, lacks empathy, cuts you off and just walks out of the exam room. No exam, no treatment, NOTHING!!!

Totally condescending and unprofessional. Walked out of the exam room and left my chart up. Likes to argue with patients. Like to laugh in patients faces. Wouldn’t send anyone to her. Also filed malpractice suit.

Same experience like the negative reviews. This doctor does not listen to you. She works for the insurance company and does not have your best interest. Avoid this doctor!

If you want to recover and improve your health, then avoid this dr. She lacks basic medical knowledge, practices substandard care, always late, and condescending like you are wasting her time. She does not do an exam to evaluate your injury. She will throw you under the bus so she can quickly close your worker's comp case, even if you did not receive adequate care and feel worse. She will DENY & DELAY your treatments, resulting in prolonged recovery. She is not on your team; infact, she is against you. Compare notes with your co-workers, friends, and family and you'll quickly discover she has a pattern of treating patients in this manner. You'd be a fool to be under the care of this unethical dr. She serves a vulnerable population; yet she is doing a disservice to the injured workforce and the companies that contract with Kaiser.

She is the worse medical provider I’ve experienced in my entire life. She does not listen, poor communicator, downplay your symptoms and write inaccurate symptoms in your medical chart. Stay away from this doctor!! She will not provide the appropriate treatment and she will flat out lie to your face!

Dr. Rucekova is one of the most thoughtfull and thourough physician I ever knew. She has a tough position to be an advocate for a patient and to follow the guidelines in workers compensation process at the same time. There is no waiting to be seen. Although she is treating work related problem, she always takes into consideration whole Patient, his/her medical history and make suggestion for primary care , if necessary.

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone! She does not listen to you nor does she treat your problems properly! Her personal feelings get in the way of treating her patients!
