Dr. Alice Faith Chung, MD

Dr. Chung cared about me. She personally called me with my results, which is unheard of these days. Then took the time to explain my diagnosis until I understood my options. I have never had a doctor that was so personally involved.

When my primary care doctor sent her office a referral for me to see them, the office called me back that same day and got me an appointment for the very next day, which I was really impressed with. The front desk woman was very nice, as was the medical assistant. Dr. Chung was very thorough in her examination and in talking with me. I didn't feel she was in a rush. I felt like she was listening and understood me. She was also very polite and kind. I really liked her and I am relieved to feel like my care is in good hands. When you're unsure about the future of your health, that's exactly what you need. I was really impressed. I haven't had my surgery yet but I feel confident going forward with Dr. Chung and her team.
