Was treated for high Bp later found out my blood sugar was 500 never checked my blood sugar Was given a cream for a sore on my toe turned out it was gangrene I almost lost my toe

Dr. Franklin treated me for 8.5 months for pnuemonia, which I DID NOT have. If she had only read the x-ray, she would have known it was acute broncitis. ots and lots of anti-biotics and ended up with C-diff.

I had made a appointment with her because a couple of my family members were seeing her. What a mistake that was I left feeling like we were not on the same planet. Very strange experience. I left asking myself why does my family go to her? If only I had voiced what I was feeling at the time to my family maybe they could have changed to a different physician sooner. It would have made all the difference in how our family is today.

This office has no handicapped access for patients! Long term patients with injuries can't get in to see the Doctor until they heal...and if they have other chronic conditions, they refuse to refill prescriptions until they see you..even though their lack of access prevents you from getting in! You would think this would be illegal! Of course, previous office staff have been put in jail for stealing drugs for years and years so that probably says something about how much the Doctor pays attention. I can't in good conscience recommend this place...they can be rude and unfeeling and don't always listen very well.
