Dr. Alice Faye Rocke, MD

Dr. Rocke behaved very unprofessional and acted very rude when I declined her surgical services. I was offered emergency surgery with a recovery in the Emergency department due to no inpatient beds available. Any intelligent person would decline such an offer due to the increased risk. I was abruptly discharged from the ER while still considered in "guarded" condition. I was denied ambulance transfer due to Dr. Rocke being irritated and stating I was hemodynamically stable even though my WBC was very high, vomiting bile every 30-40 minutes and had a gallbladder full of stones which was extremely painful. I had to drive to another ER facility where my condition had declined greatly and required emergency surgery . I would avoid Dr. Rocke since she is not patient focused.

Dr. Rocke performed an umbilica hernia repair and was very professional and caring. From the initial consultation to the after surgery follow up, she was always pleasant, kind and took the time to answer all my questions. I'd recommend her highly.
