Dr. Alice Rogan, MD

Alice was a very perceptive and supportive therapist. She helped me deal with issues I have been struggling with for years with and overcome them. Highly recommended

talks about history alot doesnt give her own opinion. goes along with what you say and it seems like she just gives you the medicine and doesnt care about her job. thats probably why shes retiring.

Seems judgmental. During second 'get acquainted' visit, she asked if I might consider living alone, rather than be married, based on what I shared.

I came to Dr. Rogan after a sexual assault in college. I was struggling with bipolar and constant thoughts of suicide. When I came to her I had all but given up. She completely turned my life around. I struggled to find a therapist who was intelligent and patient enough to deal with my quick mind and she did perfectly. She didn't just tell me life wasn't fair she told me I was capable of fixing it. Thank you Dr. Rogan.

I went to her when I was 16 for severe depression and she told me that I might be happier if I lost weight. I had just recently lost 30 pounds and was bulimic at the time. She immediately prescribed me Clonopin in my first visit. As a 16 year-old. It was a disaster. Brushed me off when I tried to talk to her. Was absolutely awful and damaging. Do not go to see her.

Dr. Rogan was incredibly rude to my father and I. We are both Mexican, and she immediately stereotyped us by mentioning that we must really like Obama because he is more favorable to illegal immigrants. We were both very offended by being considered to be illegal immigrants (we are not). She also was very condescending to me when I spoke to her about my problems. She was very rude to me, and she never let me finish a thought. She would constantly interrupt me in the middle of a sentence to ask questions, therefore not allowing me to relay to her the full extent of my problem. She was quick to schedule a follow up appointment, however, we did not accept it because she was incredibly rude to me.
