Dr. Alice Ann Rudnick, MD

Dr R treated me for 24 years and was very helpful during the relationship. In Oct. she set up my appt. for Nov. She did not call to cancel but as I waited for half an hour I realized she was not going to see me. I called several times but Dr R never responded. She abandoned me without any explanation and since she was prescribing meds for me, I went through painful withdrawal as well. Clearly, I don't recommend this individual.

I have seen Dr. Rudnick on and off over a period of twenty years. She is extremely smart, follows with great intention, integrates medical knowledge into psychotherapy, which has been essential for me. Recently she helped my family through a very difficult time. Also I have seen her with my husband for couples therapy; very successful. I have already recommended her to numerous people.

I've been seeing Dr. Rudnick for years, both my husband and I, and within the last few months, getting her to call back has been extremely difficult. I wish if she didn't want to treat us anymore she'd just say so and give us another referral. I thought that was what doctors were supposed to do. Very disappointed.

After more than 10 years, she continues to help me with issues from time to time, and always in a caring and intelligent way. She isn't there to prolong or draw out your problems, she helps you identify and solve them. Excellent with understanding of nuerology and medications. Equally perceptive and compassionate - has a very comfortable and professional style that women and men feel at ease with. (I say this because I have several friends who have also felt this way.)
