Excellent care.

Dr.Tin is an excellent physician. I wish her all the best in her new position as she will be an asset in any location she practices in. Honest, good eye contact and extremely knowledgeable, I will miss her.

She has been a great doctor I will be sad to lose such a great provider.

I trust and appreciate Dr. Tin very much. She is kind, empathetic, listens carefully, doesn't minimize my concerns, and doesn't make assumptions about my health based on my appearance/weight. She is honest about her limitations in certain areas of expertise. She explains things in a way that is easy to understand but not overly simplified, and doesn't seem in a rush to get through the appointment. She is receptive to my ideas and my health issues together, and is never dismissive. I have had other providers (at Swedish, and elsewhere), that are dismissive, rude, don't listen carefully, don't seem open to collaboration, and/or make assumptions about my health based on my weight. To clarify my rating on scheduling -it's very frustrating that I can only schedule certain types of appointments through MyChart, and there have been some issues with the proper referrals going through. Having to wait for a call, or call and wait on hold to make an appointment makes it difficult for me to… follow-through with scheduling. It's also frustrating to have to schedule out so far in advance for certain types of appointments. My schedule is unpredictable at times, which leads to canceling appts last minute, and then having to re-schedule far in advance again. The ability to schedule online all appointments online would make things so much easier.
