My counseling style is warm and interactive. English is my language and I am a citizen of the USA. I am credentialed in DBT, trauma and ACT. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity and compassion and I don't believe in labels. My approach combines cognitive behavioral, dialectical, acceptance commitment, humanistic and rational-emotive counseling. My specialties include working with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, couples, ADHD, families and teens. Your treatment plan will be designed to meet your needs.

I am a licensed professional counselor in clinical mental health with over 12 years of experience with adults, teens, couples and families. Working with clients on anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD and grief, the progress of my clients has been one of success and gratitude.
