Dr. Alicia Beth Feldman, MD

Dr. Feldman is by far the most knowledgeable in the Pain management field that I have come across. And I’ve had some very poor experiences at another facility in Longmont, where they lack knowledge, and treat you very poorly. Dr. Feldman in the whole staff treated me with dignity and was very thorough in researching my case to see how they could possibly help me. I highly recommend Dr. Feldman.

I had been seeing my pain management clinic every month for 12 years which included 3 different Doctors at this clinic and I never had an issue, never failed a drug screen. My last Dr at this clinic ended up moving out of Colorado so the clinic hired Dr Alicia Feldman and that's when problems began. I had always been considered a low risk patient and never had issues with my treatment until my 2nd appointment with Feldman she began lowering my medication amount even though the same clinic had prescribed an amount I had taken for years. Feldman then said I missed a drugscreen which I missed by one day and I told her I had an emergency dentist appointment for a broken tooth and she said if I could bring a letter from my dentist it would be fine she then said to come the next day to do my drug screen and bring my letter and once I did that she would call my pharmacy and have my medications refilled. So I did the drug screen and dropped my dentist letter off and after 3 days passed even… though I passed the drug screen she still never called in my med refills so i called her office and was told she's not filling my meds and I could no longer be seen at her office/clinic. I went on the clinics patient website and printed my drug screen results and took them to my family Dr he said I passed the drug screen and he refilled my meds and helped me find a new pain clinic to go to and wrote a letter to my new clinic stating Dr Feldman wrongfully terminated my care from her clinic. All the negative reviews you read about Feldman are true she is horrible and should not be a Doctor.

I was sent to her for muscle spasms. Two full vials of Botox into every major muscle group supporting my shoulder later, she managed to completely destabilize my shoulder to the point I was in physical therapy for 18 months followed by a shoulder surgery, more physical therapy and a TOS diagnosis because she also managed to hit the nerve centers. Best part of all of during my last follow up she told me she couldn’t do anything for me and I could go ahead and leave. Someone please tell me how she’s still practicing medicine…? I’ll wait.

She told me that my back was fine and that I had no pain. This after telling me I needed a spinal cord stimulator. She gets gets a kick back from Nevro. She has brought Colorado Pains reputation to a new low. AND SHAME on us health for allowing her to be part of their organization. I have since changed to Front Range Pain and has surgery and making very good progress. I am writing this to save you Alot of pain from a so called Doctor who should be sued for malpractice.

She advertises as a Physiatrist who knows how to diagnose and treat injuries. She just wanted to write out pain meds and to sell me a spinal cord stimulator implant when I needed surgery

She seemingly had her mind made up before she actually saw me. I was not even wanting a prescription as my primary wanted to continue treatment. I went with my wife to try to have a witness and someone she can verify my condition with. She made several statements that pretty much proved to me she really didn't read my history nor documents (MRI report, EMG, etc) I brought with me. Do yourself a favor, find someone else.

Feldman does not deserve the title of Dr. Her normal thing to say is you have lost my trust just before she refuses to help With chronic pain. If she had my pain for 1 day she would cry like a baby. She needs to be investigated for malpractice by the .AMA AND ALSO by Medcare and Tri Care.

Dr Alicia Feldman could care less about your pain. She is so scared of the government that she refuses help with chronic pain. She thinks that an aspirin or a shot of saline solution will help. Her medical license should be revolked!! I would get more help from a veterinarian. I will never return recommend to anyone that she is not qualified. Evidenced by her rating.

She misdiagnosed my injuries and let me suffer and because of her I suffered for years longer. She only sees patients as dollar signs, so does The Colorado Clinic. You are not patients, you are numbers.

When I first came in she found a bit of morphine in my urine test, I told her that my previous dr gave me morphine cream for arthritis, she didn't believe it, then she found out from another dr on the staff that he had a patient from that same doc and it was true that dr did that...I didn't lie, she didn't apologise. She found Esgic, a headache medicine in my urine, I take it rarely, she decided that I was getting it "somewhere" because it would have shown as a narcotic on my pharmacy report as a narcotic...she found out that it doesn't do that with this particular drug, again, no apology....she obviously did not trust me. I've been seeing a pain doctor for 18 years, I've moved 3 times with my husbands employment, 3 docs in 3 different states over that 18 years trusted me. Last, she dropped me because she said that I had alcohol in my urine. I did not understand, I don't drink! I found out from my daughter that when I watched my grandkids for a week I had been eating these… frozen fruit pops from Costco loaded with alcohol but you couldn't taste it, I ate them in the evening after the kids were in bed, when watching tv, im a sweet addict but didnt want the kids to see me eating 2 or 3 desserts, then, I went to bed, had no idea until Christmas when my daughter joked to her sister, in my presence, that I ate all of those! I couldn't believe it! I was ready to take them to court, make her prove that there was alcohol in my system.....so, it was a mistake after all...she hadn't mentioned that same urine test had to show that I either hadn't taken my pain drugs or that it was very low in my system because I hadn't taken my pain meds while I was babysitting my grandkids. She didn't even warrant an answer from me, she sent a tech out to basically tell me that I broke procedure. She couldn't even speak to me face to face! I don't know why I continued to stay under her care after I knew she didn't trust me. It's sad that she is an important doctor for a serious problem that ruins your life.....maybe it was just me, maybe I don't look trustworthy, but, my other doctors didn't feel that way....all she had to do was take the time to take to me....I'm so sad about this, yet, so angry!
