Extremely poor communicator, 'god-complex', new 'strings' attached to two anchors broke apart the same night as surgery (numbed arm/shoulder for 3-4 days vs pills thus arm flailed around while sleeping, etc.). Never accepted responsibility, said it wasn't completely detached, nor gave options after showing her before and after MRI film. A more experienced surgeon, Dr. Switzer, then looked at films and said should have been 'open surgery' vs arthroscopic. and that the anchors were completely severed. ~$50k to make it worse.

She did my shoulder surgery when no one else was able to fix it. She is very knowledgeable and gives you all of the information that you need. She has the best bedside manner of any surgeon I have ever had. I highly recommend. I will go to her for any future shoulder problems.
