There should be a way to contact the actual office the appointment is at. My appointment prior to this ran late and traffic was heavy. I knew I was running late. I arrived at 4:27 for the 4:15 appt. I was told I had to reschedule. For all the times I've waited 20, 30+ minutes for a duly doc, this Is not a habit, and the fact that I've been a patient of Dr Martin for 10+ years, should be considered. They did end up honoring my appointment and I was in and out in quickly. I appreciate the staff making the exception but also think there should be some more parameters in place to help in there types of situations.

This was my annual wellness appointment.

Dr Martin has been my donor more than a decade. She is an excellent Clinician, thorough in her work, well read & efficient in being on time.
