She is very nice and takes her time with you, however I have had many issues where services she suggested were not Preapproved then my insurances refused to pay because the services were not necessary. On top of that I always wait at least an hour before I'm seen. Then when I needed my prescription refilled, it took a week of myself and the pharmacy leaving messages and resending faxes to get a response as by then I was 3 days too late to continue my birth control on time and had to wait to start my new pack.

Best doctor ever! She's truly caring

If mediocre service is what you are looking for than she's your gal...very friendly doctor BUT...tends to run late - one appointment I waited an hour just to told to reschedule. Then at my next appointment she no showed...was told there were no appointments for another 2 weeks (all together it was 8 weeks between my appointments); impossible to get a same day urgent appointment (tried twice during pregnancy). I simply think that she has too many patients and is unable to give a very "personal" approach to her care. There was a level of incompetence that was felt during the whole pregnancy but really was realized when she failed to inform me of a vaginal infection until 4 days after the lab results were received by their office. My baby could have been harmed by the pre-term labor and that was it for me. Another doctor cared for me weeks 35-40 and delivered my daughter.I am glad to read that others had a more positive experience which is as it should be. I often wondered if I just… seemed to be the one who fell through the cracks or if these events were happening to all her patients.

She is informative at every visit and pacient in answering all of my questions.She was also great during delivery,very good at talking and coaching you through it!

My experiences with Docto Tobin Williams was extremely remarkable. How she handles her task at hand with, clarity, focus, ease and grace. Truly makes a positive change in One's life.I recommed her to everone i meet.

Alicia was great. Towards the end of our pregnancy it got a little rough and she helped calm us down and because my husband always was told and knew what was going on, I was at ease. She still helps with things way after the fact!!
