Dr. Alina Jeffers, MD

This greedy excuse for an OB-GYN shows no real concern for patients—only her paycheck. For 9 months we begged her to take our serious fears seriously: petite build, large baby, history of severe tearing (which she personally handled in the first pregnancy and knew about). Jeffers dismissed us every time with smug, lazy excuses: "Third pregnancy, no tears, vaginal is totally safe." She pressured the patient into a vaginal birth anyway, ignored her explicit request for a C-section the day before delivery, then argued and pushed until the last minute. Result? A catastrophic tear, severe hemorrhoids, lifelong psychological trauma—and the on-call doctor barely showed up as the head was crowning after hours of ignored calls. When everything went wrong because of her reckless arrogance? Jeffers disappears, plays the victim, and leaves patients devastated. She is not a doctor—she is a liability. She prioritizes profit over your body and your baby. She ignores red flags, pressures patients,… then evades accountability. DO NOT TRUST HER. DO NOT SEE HER. DO NOT RISK YOUR HEALTH OR YOUR BABY'S WITH HER.

ALWAYS late (at least 30 minutes) and always in a hurry, rushing through questions and answers, talking fast and over me. When we found out my baby had a rare congenital defect that would require surgery, we heard nothing from Dr. Jeffer until her nurse called to tell me she was refusing my request for a referral to get a second opinion. I've discussed with everyone, including clinic manager, and no one can understand why she would refuse to help me get a second opinion on a major diagnosis of my unborn child. I made it known that I would not be returning as a patient of Dr. Jeffers, and suddenly my last visit with her is being billed not as the routine 24 week appointment that it was, but as an 'office visit' that will cost us $200.

I am new to the area and Dr. Jeffers was highly recommended to me. I called to make an appointment and had to wait about 6 weeks, which I was willing to do. I got a call yesterday that she has to cancel appointment. When I called late that day, central scheduling told me she had a meeting and I couldn’t get in for another 6 weeks. Again, willing to wait since she was highly recommended. Then, today I call to reschedule and I am told she isn’t taking new patients and they should have never scheduled. So, not sure what the real story is, but nevertheless, if this is how her team treats potential patients, I would steer clear of her. Very disappointing.

I have been seeing Dr. Jeffers almost as long as she has been practicing. She is amazing. Kind, thoughtful, and full of great information. She takes her time to make sure you feel understood and have the right information to make decisions. I have been seeing her since before I was married, after marriage when we started trying for a baby, through an intense infertility struggle and now as I'm close to delivering my first baby. She has been the perfect doctor for me through all of those stages. Highly recommend her care!

Alina has been so amazing to work with. She always takes her time and makes me feel like I am the only patient she is seeing that day, even though I know she is busy. She is thorough in her explanations about what was going on during pregnancy, genuinely cares for me, and is simply just a wonderful person. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Jeffers has delivered both of my beautiful babies and I am so grateful. She has an amazing bedside manner, I always felt as thought I was a priority and she was never in a rush, even when I knew she probably was.

My experience with Dr. Jeffers has been excellent! She is always so kind and generous with her time and attention. I cannot imagine even on a bad day that she would ever be unkind. I promise you. Dr. Jeffers has never been late to my appointments - in the 5 years I've seen her. I think she' is talented at being a doctor, advocate and over all a great human being.

About 3 years I have seen doctor A. Jeffers, without any doubt I can tell you that she is a very good doctor, specialist and a very kind, helpful women! Maybe sometimes she is late or busy, but I understand that so many patients like me wants just to see doctor Alina Jeffers.

I went to Dr. Jeffers for YEARS (i've since moved out of MN) but I thought she was FABULOUS and I have not idea what these bad reveiws are about. I work in healthcare myself and have had my share of rude or rushed doctors and I never once felt rushed or that she wasn't listening to me. She was always very warm and kind and had wonderful bedside manner. I had a prodecure with her and everythinig went great with that as well, not once did i leaver her office and feel my care was anything less than excellent. I would highly reccommend her to anyone.

If you have OBJ problem I would suggest a different doctor. This doctor is always busy and never have time for her patients.
