This office tells it's patients that unless you have abnormal test results you will not hear from them. So 9 months after my last physical I went in for a quick appointment and learned that they had lost the test results from my last physical. After tracking them down it turned out I had abnormal test results and should've had a follow up appointment 3 months earlier.

Excellent doctor. I was running a cold for few days and I called her because I felt I am not getting better; she called me back right away and after 30 min. I had the pharmacy filling up my prescription without having to go to her office. I started feeling better as soon as I followed the treatment she prescribed. I absolutely recommend Dr. Dobrin every chance I get.

I was looking for a doctor able to listen to my problem, not just brush it off like it has happened many times before. A friend reccommended Dr. Dobrin and I was surprised to meet a doctor with so much insight, compasion and willing to help. I became her regular patient, I had the right tests and treatment and I seem to finally start feeling better. I warmly recommend Dr. Dobrin for anybody looking for caring doctor.

I waited over 3 hours at this doctors office. she hurt my feelings by telling me that I was obese.I will not go back to this doctor.

I saw dr. Dobrin in Urgent Care at Rochester Medical Group, and I was impressed how caring, knowledgeable and thorough she was. I became her regular patient after my first visit in urgent care.

Dr. Dobrin was the polar opposite of the pcp's office I left. I am a complicated case and she didn't act afraid and say its someone else's problem, she took the issues at hand and dealt with them. Yes, many she still has to hand over to specialists, but at least two of those are in her office (coincidentally I already had an appointment with one of them to begin with) The entire practice is VERY busy but the staff was very courteous and genuine. I managed to confuse them and they were still ok with it all and worked with me to get everything scheduled and even got several of my appointments coordinated so I dont have to make so many trips because I live about 45 minutes away.
