The office manger lelizalde doesn’t know how to do her job and my daughter is suffering because of her. We called last Wednesday for an orthopedic referral and here we are 8 days later and they are still giving us the run around. My poor daughter has a broken arm and isn’t getting the care she needs because of lelizaldes incompetence. 8 days since she broke it and nothing. I call to talk to the doctor to complain about her and she hung up on me without letting me talk to the doctor. The doctor has been so nice but we will be making a complaint to the medical bored

Dr. Alina is the best doctor for our kids..so much knowledge, patience, understanding, one open mind doctor. Thank you ..

I went to her for my now adult child. My daughter doesn't drink any milk, and she didn't give us any solution for this and reinforced my daughter's habit for not drinking milk. Office also very distrusting of patient payment. Expected a lot more from a holistic doctor.

The staff will hold your lab test results and force you to schedule a visit before they will release them to you. This is after you pay out of pocket for the lab fees. They do not return calls or emails. Dr. Alina has the same template that she uses for all patients, instead of customizing each treatment for the child's individual needs. She is not a functional medicine doctor. She only orders more testing (at the patients expense), than standard doctors.

She doesn't know the basics of diagnosis and changed so high fee of $495. Only she care about making more money in one ot another way. Please if you love your kid then don't take them to her.
