Dr. Alireza Falahati-Nini, MD

Arrogant, condescending, “god” in a white tweed coat. Not up to date on latest medical literature, nor medications. His MAs are entirely worthless. Not sure what they are being paid to do, but it’s NOT returning four months worth of requests for prescriptions and lab results. It’s absolutely asinine. It’s like the entire office is on a power trip, leaving patients dangling to someone to help them out. Completely disgusted by Falahati, his MAs, and the less than helpful people up front. You can’t do worth seeking medical care somewhere else.

I'm a type 1 diabetic who has been diagnosed for over 35+ years. And have seen a lot of different doctors for my diabetes. I have two kids who are also type 1 diabetics. Over those years we have been to a lot of endocrinologist and family diabetes doctors. I have never worked with such an unprofessional staff as with Dr Falahati and his office staff. After weeks of trying to communicate my frustrations I finally got upset and yelled at one of their office staff for being a condescending. I was upset I had lost my temper. Needless to say by the time the doctor got back to me he would not work with me even after all the multiple times I try to let him know of what I was dealing with. At one point I sat in his office and the receptionist came in and said hey I got to go and left without checking me out Dr Paula Hardy had left the room and never came back leaving me there unchecked out The pharmacy had called me and let me know that the prescription that he had just sent in was not able to… be filled out correctly. so I left the office and after weeks of trying to get a hold of him I finally lost my temper. then in an email he told me that that was unacceptable that I did not have the right to lose my temper and that he did not want to work with me anymore. If you're looking for a new doctor I would highly recommend not using this doctor and his staff.

I canceled my second appointment. I am a women over sixty five. He was condescending and cold. He told me that since I waited this long to have my lump checked I could wait another four weeks. Shame on this practice. I will never recommend him. Shame!

STAY CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE AND DOCTOR! This place should be out of business. The doctors are rude, arrogant and all of my office visits felt like I was in an interrogation room. Very depressing offices. The doctors and staff never ever did exam, they sit at a desk and ask you questions only. Sharon and Michelle in the office staff are incompetent. You never get to speak to your doctors, only the front office people who know nothing about my condition. Horrible experiences there.

Today, I left this practice. I didn't dislike or enthusiastically like the practitioner I saw that is why I'm not reviewing her specifically. The horrendous experience I had was a reflection of the practice, office procedures, and office staff. For months I had been coming in to, eventually be diagnosed with Hoshimotos, for blood work and evaluations. I would get blood work done on Monday, see the PA on Friday. The appointments last maybe 10 minutes, it was a hassle paying a $40 copay and arranging childcare for a 10 minute assessment that could happen over the phone. But it is office policy, so that is that. I enter my appointment reminders in my phone at the office when I make them. Their office doesn't send out reminder emails or texts. Today I had an appointment for 5:00pm. I know it was scheduled for 5:00pm. I got to the office at 4:54pm and they told me I was late for my 4:40pm appointment and I would have to reschedule. The doctor was still there it could have taken them a… couple minutes to let me talk to her about my results. I didn't want to get into a 'he said, she said' about the appointment time (that I know was schedule correctly). It would have been easy to handle the situation with professional courtesy, but for some reason in the medical industry they don't view themselves as a customer service field. It is incredibly difficult to find a good Endocrinologist I am discovering. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this practice and I wouldn't feel bad about shopping around.

This doctor only cares about money and gives littlevrefard or respect to the patient. I was treated like a slab of beef on an assembly with a tattooed number on my rump.

I was impressed with Dr. Falahati's knowledge relating to thyroid disorders. He spends the time needed with the patient discussing the course of diagnostics and treatment. I really glad I was referred to him for a thyroid nodule and have complete confidence in his ability to diagnose and treat this.

I made an appointment to see him and it was a 4 month wait. One week before my scheduled appointment, they called to cancel my appointment and reschedule me for another 4 months out. That is an 8 month wait to see this doctor! Ridiculous! They wouldn't even offer anything other than reschedule 4 more months down the road! BAD!!!

VERY uncaring! Just pushes patients off on PA. Very POOR treatment and lack of knowledge.

I think he is the most arrogant doctor with awful beside manner. I would not waste my time with this total loser.
