Dr. Is good. Staff is a huge problem. They do not return calls, renew RX in a timely fashion and completely mess up billing. My next call is to medicare and Aetna.

They took to long to approve my authization because of this I could not get the right treatment. Dr. Did not spent time with me and didn't not explain my condition. The nurse was very rude and negligent. They made to many errors . Very unhappy . Dr has no people skills it all

I agree 100% with the persons that said that the doctor is a great doctor and that the office manager is too rude with the clients. This lady isn't making her job the way she should doing; it's there any way to fix this big problem? I'm saying this because of her actions I had lost my appointments with the doctor.

Dr. Jafari has been my husband's doctor for many years. He is a great caring physician, great bedside manner and spends lots of time listening to us and his diagnosis is very accurate. However, His office manager Sylvia is a very rude person and she is never available to talk to, The one time I got to talk to her about my husband's procedure she was very rude and made me feel like she has no time for us. It seems like all of the front office girls were too scared of her as well. We hate to change our Doctor because of a rude office manager. Doctor Jafari needs to get rid of her.

We met Dr. Jafari through the Emergency Room. My son is still in the hospital but Dr. Jafari has gone beyond what was necessary for him to do to see my son has gotten the care he needed.
