I wanted to thank Dr. T for changing my life. He was extremely compassionate and understanding, took his time and listened to my concerns. He cared about me and I felt well cared for. I would recommend him to anyone. His staff is fabulous- I loved Lindsey!!!

Worst plastic surgery I’ve ever had. I was talked into a $7,000 tummy tuck I’d pay for AFTER my insurance paid for some. Paying $7,000 you’d expect to have a great outcome. No. My stomach STILL has excess skin AND my scar is so big and jagged it looks like he cut me with a butter knife. I saw him ONCE after my surgery. Every other time I had his catty office girls seeing me each time. They are rude and dismissive. It’s been two years and I’m STILL in pain from this surgery. I over paid the surgery by $700+ and had to practically run people down to get my reimbursement money back 6 mo later. It’s a joke and he has no idea what he’s doing. Save your money AND your body and go elsewhere. I have to get my stomach redone. My new surgeon simply shook his head and covered his mouth when he saw what this man did to me. Run people......

I had Vaser hi definition lipo and my results are incredible. The definition is natural and my recovery was very detailed. I had daily massages and lymphatic draining done by Laura. It hurt not going to lie buy it helped with the swelling and the result. I felt better after and my results are incredible. No one can tell. They think I worked out hard during Covid. Dr T is not cheap but the results are amazing. He knows how to sculpt and make things look ‘not done’. I tracked to see him and had to stay for 5 days. The staff is great and after care is very organized. Apple valley is boring but who cares. I went there for the body. I highly recommend him. He is honest and doesn’t try to sell you stuff.

Dr. Tehrani and his staff are AMAZING! My results were above and beyond what I could have ever imagined. I needed a breast reduction, lift, and implants after losing 115lbs and having babies. Dr. Tehrani was very honest with his opinions on what he thought would have the best results for my situation and I am very thankful to have chosen a surgeon that genuinely cares about his patients. I still have one more surgery to go and I am looking forward to seeing the final results. Nicole was amazing and was there for me whenever I had a question or concern. My entire process has been amazing and I have felt so comfortable with the staff and Dr. Tehrani. I have a friend and family member that had work done so when it was finally my time I knew without a doubt that I wanted my surgery done by Tehrani Plastic Surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Tehrani you won't regret it! I have a new found confidence boost and I owe it all to Dr. Tehrani and his amazing staff.

I've always had a flat chest and have wanted a full breast size to match my curvy body to be more proportionate. Dr. Tehrani made it very easy for me to have this done. I live in San Francisco so he did Skype consults so I wouldnt have to fly back and fourth so often. The whole process was a long weekend in apple valley that included pre op, surgery and post op appointments. Everything was smooth, he gave me the most perfect size implants and I'm so happy with how they look! In addition, Dr Tehrani's clinical staff are like family. Nichole and Lacy were the sweetest people and my overall experience there was amazing. He even gave me a discount for being a medical professional. I would refer anyone who wants plastic surgery to go see Tehrani he is board certified and the best friend and dcotor!

I had a tummy tuck and breast augmentation with Dr. T and I couldn't be happier. I had very imbalanced breasts and they were two different sizes. My third kid ruined my stomach and I was left with really loose skin and it hanged over my privates. He did lipo on my entire back, gave me an hour glass shape and removed 8 pounds of skin from by stomach! I got implants and a lift and he grafted the fat to my breast and evened them out. He is very talented. No other doctor offered me that option. They all said I would have to live with them being uneven. Why have surgery then??. His staff is amazing and really know what they are talking about. I am super happy I chose him. besides the long drive to see him everything was perfect!

Let me start of by saying if I had it to do over again I would have only done a tummy tuck with DR. Tehrani. He did a fabolous job on my tummy tuck. My arms look saggy more then before the surgery with now scars. I had thought this was all because of me, but when I return 16 months later he tries to sell me on a new procedure that pulls back the skin to actually tighten the arm. Mind you I paid over 5k just for my arm lift that was no benefit to me whatsoever. Except now I had to get tattoos to cover the horrible scars. I paid about 14k for a tummy tuck arm lift, bra roll and a little bit of back lipo. I had lost over 100lbs and had alot of hanging skin on my arms and my belly. One side of my belly scar droops. He calls it dog ears. He gave a quote of 10k to fix what his first surgery that I paid for did not do. This was not my 1st experience with a plastic surgeon my sister and I previously had breast reduction in la Jolla California. My surgery was perfect. My sister was not and she… had to go back several times but the doctor corrected the issues with no charge. DR tehrani will tell you to wait 6 weeks till it heals and at the 6 weeks when it doesn't heal as promised he will give u a quote to correct what he did wrong or what didn't work. Next time I am going to just drive to la jolla for a surgeon that stands behind his work and makes sure you get what he said he could do.

I love this place , the Dr is caring and does a great job. He always makes sure your happy. Krystal ( his PA ) is also amazing... go see her for all your beauty needs . She is wonder at Botox & fillers etc. highly educated and honest .

Dr. Tehran's and his staff are amazing! I honestly don't have a single thing I could complain about. The staff is very welcoming from day one and are there for you with any questions you have. The surgery staff is just as amazing as the office staff very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Tehrani walked me through everything that we were doing and made sure I didn't have any questions. I had my boobs done 10 years ago from a different doctor and I really liked him but I didn't want to make the drive out to see him this time. I'm extremely happy with the work Tehrani did. He took out my old implants and put in a new set and also added fat grafts in my breasts to make them full again. I definitely recommend Dr. Tehrani and his staff

Dr Tehrani was amazing to work with, immediately at our consult I trusted anything he wanted to go with to achieve what I had in mind. His work was perfect from the day of surgery. Despite the initial couple of days recovery, my recovery was so speedy and my new additions have looked perfectly placed from the start and still do! My scars look very unnoticeable. Overall amazing experience! Also Lacy is fantastic and was quite LITERALLY always available and wonderful if I had anything I needed advice wise or medical wise!
