"Alirio A. Gonzalez, NP-C, is an AANP-certified adult
nurse practitioner with over 25 years of healthcare
provider experience in major hospitals and clinical
settings. He holds certifications in wound care, PICC
line, IV nurse, Basic Life Support, and Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support. At Conviva Sunrise, he
provides compassionate, patient-focused primary
care with a dedication to medical excellence.
Mr. Gonzalez earned a Master of Science, Nurse
Practitioner, from Adelphi University in Garden City,
New York, in 2010. He received a Bachelor of Science
in Nursing from New York Institute of Technology in
Old Westbury, New York, in 2002. He obtained his
certification as a Wound Care Specialist from the
Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston,
South Carolina, in 2004. As a nurse practitioner, he
has provided care, treatment, and counseling for
immigrant and elderly patients and their families, and
he has provided clinical services to cancer survivors.
