Months ago I located a new PC doctor. I decided to go with an internist. I am very disappointed with my experience with an osteopath. At least, this provider was not at all what I expected. Maybe most people don't care. But if you have worked in pharmacology and you are not interested in taking a bunch of pills, this is the wrong clinic for you. I lost the weight, so I didn't need her BP medicine. I changed my diet, so I didn't need statins. I went to therapy so I didn't need antidepressants.If you want to fix your life, taking pills unless they are absolutely necessary can make it worse. Get up, out and get to it. On top of that, I really thought her bedside manner was awful. Staff never smile. So if you are a patient and a good fit for her and take what she tells you, I am sure you'll do fine for a while.

After waiting for two hours (with only two patients ahead of me-one was there when I got there, the other signed in 30 minutes later), I saw Dr. Congress for less than 25 minutes. Probably more like 20. This was an annual exam. She never even listened to my breathing or anything Dr.'s do at physicals. She gave me some useless advice that a 50-year-old woman who has worked in medical clinics her entire life doesn't need and ordered a test. I don't know the results of the test for my thyroid, five days later nothing is on the portal. My last three TSH tests have been fine. The visit was useless, the client care unacceptable and the entire atmosphere- I would say inept. This was the second year seeing her; now next year I am on to find a new PCP.

She's is beyond a blessing. She really cares about her patients. Most of my immediate family goes to her.

Dr. Congress is a Great Doctor! She has great bed side manner ans she listens and spends the time needed in the room with her patients. Very please with the staff as well. I will me keeping her as my doctor and will be moving my husband and children to her as well!
