Worst Doctor ever for military C&P exams. BEWARE OF THIS NUTBAG!! Lied on official VA paperwork about my ROM for back, neck and knees. Said I was fully functional while I have multiple disk issues. I had to go to the ER after seeing this nutjob!! Strip this ladies licenses immediately.

This doctor is very condescending. I was not told that I needed to come in for follow up appts every six months, actually my health record stated annual visits were recommended. When I questioned her, she immediately disrespected me. I guess she doesn't like to be held accountable for her crappy and poor medical judgment. She immediately becomes defiant and dismisses you as a patient if you question her too much. (I mean literally kicks you out of her office). Reviews on Mercy's website must be selected as the high rating is definitely false. Look at Healthgrades and other sites for a more true review of this physician. I can go on and on about this doctor since I tried to stay with her since Jan 2018 because I hate switching doctors. Prescriptions are not sent to the pharmacy in a timely manner and waiting room times are very long with this doctor. I have been told on a few different occasions that she has other patients in O.B. that take prescedence. I guess my time is not as… valuable as hers. Do yourself a favor and do not look to this doctor for quality care and respect because you will be disappointed

This is truly the worst Doctor's office I have ever dealt with. Our 9-year-old daughter has severe ADHD and really depends on Ritalin to help her manage through her school day. Because Ritalin is a controlled substance it has to be prescribed every month. We always call Dr. Trent's office several days before the prescription expires (can't be too many days or either they won't refill it or the insurance won't cover it). About 1 in 3 months it takes them multiple days to get the new prescription to the pharmacy. This month, as has happened at least twice in the past, an entire week has gone by without the prescription being refilled. My poor little girl has such a hard time making it through a school day without her medicine. She has literally begged for it. I called again today for the third time, and was told she needed to be seen before it could be refilled. Not last Monday when I first called it in, not Friday when I called again to see why it hadn't been called in, they waited… until the third call to tell us this information. And the worst part is, she has an appointment in 2 weeks! That has been on the books for a month! I don't know if this is a lack of caring for their patients or just complete incompetence, but either way, I've had it. If you are looking for a Doctor, absolutely anyone would be a better choice.

Done seeing this doctor. She has never made me feel listened to. Stuck to her agenda for treatment instead of respecting my perspective. Made me feel like I am incompetent with what I feel my body is going through. Go spend your time and your money elsewhere.

My previous PCP retired and I was given an appointment with dr Trent. She was horrible with folllow through, with getting scripts sent over to the pharmacy with getting test results. She ordered chest X-ray then sent me home with no verification of pneumonia. The pharmacy didn’t receive a script till after the doctors office had been closed for three hours. I had to go to walk in clinic the next day(Saturday) for help with meds for my symptoms which had worsen. On Monday still symptoms were worsening I called to see about a different medication for my symptoms. Dr Trents nurse (Diane) chastised me for going to a Different doctor over the weekend, and inaccurately stated that I had had a shot on my visit on Friday with Dr Trent. I still could not get any response from her office, either returned calls or returned emails. I resorted to finding a different doctor for my PCP. Stay clear of any appointments with Dr Trent

My first visit to this doctor, with a family member present, was wonderful. My second, not so much. I was alone. She did not address my medical issues at all, just kept telling me I needed to lose weight and that would solve everything. Would not address recent falls or worsening symptoms. She did address my asthma to a degree, and checked lab for INR. However, I was sent home with no test results, no idea if any meds were order for my asthma, or if I needed to change my coumadin dose. She was fixated on my weight issues, which is not why I was there. She needs to read some research about doctors and fat-shaming. I left there humiliated and with no idea what to do about my medical issues.

This doctor is far too busy. You'll never get the care you need if you are a patient with chronic health issues. Stick to internal medicine. Staff is incompetent.

I am a former patient of hers and I am glad to say I have found a new doctor. I found her to be very condescending, rude, and full of attitude. I felt that she blamed me for my medical problems, never gave me any resources or information or education about my problems or how to fix them. She certainly had no empathy and didn't even feign sympathy. Unbelievable that she is in the practice of family medicine. She has absolutely no business in this profession. Perhaps she was book smart in school and that's how she received her degree? But she has no idea how to relate or talk to patients. I feel that she simply became a doctor to make a good living, because she always would randomly talk about struggling as a single mother. I stayed within the Mercy Network because they have always been good for years and have always had excellent staff. My last doctor Left for a different practice and that's why I got placed with Dr. Trent. But really feel like people should know and that Mercy… Hospital should know that she is not a good representative of their usual excellent team and staff. I obviously feel pretty strongly about this. I have never reviewed anyone online before. But I was so upset with her to the point where I stopped going to the doctor even when I needed medical attention because I didn't want to deal with her. Something needs to be done before she negatively affects a lot of patients.
