Dr. Alison Claire Agner, MD

Dr. Agner did not perform an ultrasound, blood test, or urine test when I was having symptoms of what turned out to be an ectopic pregnancy. She dismissed me from my appointment with her and one week later, as I was already going into shock from internal bleeding, I had emergency surgery from a ruptured fallopian tube and I was very close to death.

I had only met with Dr. Agner once before having my baby (now a few years ago). Then, when I went into labor, my usual doctor was out of town and Dr. Agner was on call. Since I had only met with her once before I was a little nervous, but she ended up being just wonderful! She spent a lot of time on the phone with me before I went in (I was sent home a day before and didn't want to do that again.) She helped me decide when to go and called to check on me. Then at the hospital (a Saturday) she hung out and checked on me multiple times as well. She was very kind and considerate and safely delivered a 9-1/2 pound baby for me. Everything went great and I was happy she was on call!

I switched to Agner in my 36th week of pregnancy. Never have I ever felt so comfortable. I have followed Dr. Agner and will continue to do so as long as she practices.
